How do I log in to the LMS?

To log in to the LMS, please visit our website https://hcplearning.com/ and click on the "Sign in or Get Started" button located at the top right corner of the page. Enter your username and password in the provided fields, then click "Sign In" to access your account.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the Sign In page. Follow the instructions provided to reset your password. If you need further assistance, please contact our support team at Learning@hcp-ng.com or 07016038547.

How do I enrol in courses?

To enrol in courses, navigate to the "Course categories" section of the landing page on https://hcplearning.com/. Browse through the available course categories and click on the course you want to enrol in. Then, follow the prompts to confirm your enrolment and authorize payment if payment is necessary to access the course.

Where can I find the courses I am enrolled in?

You can find the courses you're enrolled in by clicking the "Assigned courses or Bought courses" tab on the LMS dashboard. Here, you will see a list of all the courses you are currently enrolled in.

How do I access course materials?

To access course materials, simply click on the name of the course you are enrolled in from the "Assigned courses or Bought courses" tab. From there, you will be able to access course materials provided by the instructor.

What if I encounter technical issues while using the LMS?

If you encounter technical issues while using the LMS, please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using a different web browser. If the problem persists, contact our support team at Learning@hcp-ng.com or 07016038547 for assistance.

Can I track my progress in courses?

Yes, you can track your progress in courses by viewing your course dashboard under Assigned or Bought courses. Here, you will see your completion percentage in the form of a progress bar. All courses completed move to completed courses and any course you fail to complete whether within the set duration or failed the quiz moves to incomplete courses.

Is there a mobile app for the LMS?

No, we do not have a mobile app available for now.
